Fischer Crane's PB-22 Custom Plumber Body

Our years of experience serving the plumbing contracting industry’s crane equipment needs, has led to the design and manufacture of custom plumbing truck bodies. After studying the designs of the leading plumbing suppliers, we have equipped our shop to accommodate the full process from measure and cut to the final paint coat.
Our new thirty foot jig table has been meticulously leveled and permanently installed in our shops fabrication area. This allows us to assemble and weld the bodies accurately and efficiently.

After all the steel is measured and cut the long members are placed so we can begin the welding assembly, starting with the body ribs and outer rails.

The body is given the final paint coat and mounted after adding the custom pipe storage racks. This truck will receive it’s lift gate and wooden floor before delivery.
Body gussets are added for additional support. The finished side wall frames are clamped and welded.

The outer and inner skins are welded in place, then primed to prepare for the final paint coat.
Custom pipe racks are designed, fabricated and welded in to place before the final color paint coats.
